Sieben Medical Art Privacy Statement

Your privacy is very important to me. So I will process and use your data securely, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement, I explain the information I collect from you and why I do this. I also tell you about your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. Article 1     Who am I

Sieben Medical Art is a sole proprietorship, located in (8933 AP) Leeuwarden at 28 Maria Louisastraat. I am registered in the commercial register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 75077779. I am the controller of your personal data.


Article 2     Which data do I use?

I provide you here with an overview of the data that I process, why I do this, the legal basis on which I process the data and how long I will keep the data.

I process your name, company name (if any), address, e-mail, telephone number and other data required to provide my services to you in the best possible way to enable the performance of the contract. I use this data to make you a satisfied customer for the duration of our agreement. I will keep this data for up to 7 years after our agreement ends.

In order to manage your (webshop) order, I will store your (company) name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail, telephone number, purchase history and bank details in my customer database for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our contract. I do this with regard to performance of the contract, any changes to the contract and to comply with the requirements of the Dutch tax authorities.

In order to show created content to potential customers on my website and social media channels, I process results and designs from our project, with your (company) name and possible place of residence provided you have given your consent when entering into the contract. I will keep this material indefinitely in my archive, unless you request deletion. However, you are responsible for making a backup of digitally supplied content.

For invoicing and financial administration purposes, I process your name or that of your contact person, any company name with the associated Chamber of Commerce data and VAT number, billing address, customer number, e-mail, telephone number, bank details and outstanding balance. I am unable to process your payment without this information. I am legally required by the Dutch tax authorities to keep this data for 7 years. After this period, I will delete or anonymize your data.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my services, I will process your (company) name, email address, telephone number, customer number or order number and the subject of and communication regarding the complaint in order to find the best possible solution for you. I use this data for an optimal performance of the contract. I will delete data relating to complaints 1 year after processing.

I have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. I process your name and e-mail address for direct marketing. Optionally, you can also enter your date of birth so that we can send you a birthday greeting. I will delete this information as soon as you unsubscribe to my newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by me.

I use analytics services to make my website possible and optimize it. I have a commercial interest in using your surfing behaviour and related data to analyse my service and improve it where necessary. I will track your use of my website with Simple Analytics and I am bound by the retention periods of these parties.

To enable posting reviews about my services, I process your name, company name (if any) and the content of your message. This information becomes visible to me when you post your message. I may post reviews about my services on my website and social media channels for commercial interest. I will remove these as soon as they are no longer representative of my services or when you make a request to do so.

If you want to contact me via the website, I ask for your name and email address. You can also enter your company name if you wish. When you send in the contact form, these details become automatically visible so that I am able to contact you. I will delete the data from a sent contact form as soon as your question or request has been completed, unless an contract is concluded as a result.

I will also process a password for your personal account. I will store this password encrypted in combination with your e-mail address and/or username. I do this to prevent security fraud and to make follow-up orders easier for you. In addition, I process data that you enter and your billing information. I will keep this account information until you delete your account or the content is no longer available to you. You can also place an order without creating an account.


Article 3     How do I obtain this data?

I have obtained the above information from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor because you have provided me with this information. In addition, I may have obtained your data if someone wishes to send you a gift.


Article 4    What rights do you have with regard to the data?

The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that I process.

Access - you can request to view your data at any time.
Correct - If you want to have your data adjusted, corrected, supplemented, protected or erased, you can submit a request to do this. You can also adjust a number of details in your personal account.
Objection - You can object to the processing of your data if it is based on a weighing of interests.
Data transfer - If you want to transfer your data to another provider, I will provide your data in a structured and commonly used form that can be accessed by common digital systems.
Withdrawal – If I have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. This may have consequences for the services I am able to provide.

To exercise your rights, please send a request accompanied by a copy of your ID (with your citizen service number (BSN) and photograph obscured) to info@siebenmedicalart.nl. I will assess your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days. If I cannot comply with your request, I will let you know why I reject your request.


Article 5      Who receives your data?

I will not provide your data to third parties, unless it this necessary for business operations or is required by law. In order to implement the agreement, your data may be passed on to processors, parties involved in implementing the agreement and external advisors. I enter into processing agreements with these third parties to protect your privacy as effectively as possible. I will not sell your information to third parties.

If I process your data outside the EEA, I will take appropriate security measures.


Article 6     Final provisions

I recommend that you review this privacy statement regularly, as I may make changes from time to time. Please send an email to info@siebenmedicalart.nl if you have any questions about my privacy statement or the way I use your data. If you have a complaint about the way I handle your data please let me know. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you have a complaint.
